Compensation: $18.29-$24.00/hour; non-tipped
Schedule: Overnight shift - 10pm-6:30am Thursday night through Monday night. Tuesday night and Wednesday night off.

Principal Job Duties
- Supervise immediate staff to perform meet expectations and complete daily tasks as expected
- Assist in scheduling staff and activities and coordinate training
- Identify areas of opportunity and provide coaching and training for staff development
- Evaluate and document employee behavior, performance and progress.
- Promote and ensure first-class customer service is being provided
- Confirm staff reporting is complete and accurate
- Lead, direct, and develop a team of employees to ensure adherence, compliance and review of policies and procedures
- Oversee staff follow rules and policies as expected and report activities.
- Provide customer vehicles services, Dead battery jump start, lock out service, flat tire inflations
- Equipment and area inspections
- Assist with opening and closing parking lots
- Repair / Replace gate arms
- Parking availability counts
- Capacity counts
- Additional related duties as assigned
- Must have a safe driving record and Pass MVR driving record check
- Experience supervising a team and meeting expectations
- Unwavering reliability/punctuality
- Must be able to deliver excellent customer service.
- Possess basic knowledge of automotive mechanic (I.E. Battery anatomy and tire inflation ability)
- Ability to identify areas of improvement and implement collaborative changes
- Ability to be approachable and facilitate coaching conversations with employees
- Ability to mitigate and lead others to overcome challenges (Never Ever Give Up Attitude).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to understand and follow guidelines and procedures
- Possess problem solving skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Must be able to clear and maintain airport badging requirements.
- Must meet required speaking and listening skills assessment level
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- English language ability of IRL 3 in speaking and listening required.
- Willingness to work in the elements - heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
- Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time (95-100% of shift)
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
