Lazard Asset Management (LAM) Technology is looking for a Salesforce Lead Technical Architect with an understanding of the asset management industry to maintain and develop enterprise strategy of building and deploying a Salesforce platform that integrates with sales, marketing and customer-facing products. The role will include Team leadership responsibilities as well as serve as the Subject Matter Expert responsible for working with Business Analysts and business units to scope and shape global prioritization with Sales, Marketing and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Business analysts, business teams and fellow technologists to design, develop and deliver seamless global, multi-channel experiences on the Salesforce CRM Platform.
- Deliver technology solutions – Leverage strong technical experience to architect, engineer and provide guidance in delivery of key initiatives for a global CRM in accordance with Salesforce best practices.
- Define and maintain technical documentation and InfoSec standards for platform integrations with Digital Marketing and other in-house systems (Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Appian, Seismic, Qvidian, etc.), as well as Azure.
- Lead by example by contributing high quality, production code that powers critical pieces of our services and products.
- Design and oversee the full application life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment.
- Manage and guide pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied at LAM.
