LAM Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack .NET Developer, who can drive the technical vision and development of our products, to join our Azure cloud application development team that is agile and diverse. Your role will span the breadth of our stack, from building applications, complex API integrations, up through entitlement engine to our web user interfaces. This individual must have strong hands-on technical experience with automation tools and proven success designing, developing, implementing framework, as well as testing front-end and back-end web user-interfaces in a large organization. This individual also needs to be exceptionally organized, methodical, and have the necessary experience to take our products to the next level in accuracy and security.
Ideal candidate should be passionate about building new applications utilizing Microsoft Azure cloud technologies. Candidates should have a solid understanding of enterprise design patterns and strong skills in building complex, scalable, end-to-end enterprise software solutions.

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately 160,000 - 190,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role. Base salary is one component of Lazard Asset Management’s compensation package, which also includes comprehensive benefits and may include incentive compensation.

We’ll trust you to:
- Design, coding, and debugging software applications using the .NET framework
- Architect scalable and efficient applications
- Performa optimization and code refactoring
- Enforce secure coding standards through peer code reviews and automated testing
- Guide development teams to review business requirements, design documents, test plans/test cases and performance testing plans
- Effectively communicate technical solutions and recommendations to senior level management
- Expedite the speed of development cycle from month to week and ensure that the developers have the knowledge/experience of accelerating the DESIGN-to-CODE to quickly move from low/high fidelity prototypes to actual interactive UIs
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering / science, or an equivalent
- 7 years experience in .NET, preferably .NET Core and ASP.NET Core using C#
- Experience with Frontend technologies
- Experience with database technologies such as MS SQL Server and Snowflake
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Familiarity with SOLID principles, clean architecture, DDD
- Interest, experience in microservices, distributed systems, security best practices
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, from team members to senior management
- Experience building secure CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
