Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls and providing them with accurate information in a courteous and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from inquiring guests promptly and professionally.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely information based on guest inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by providing friendly and efficient service.
- Assist guests with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department or resource when needed.
- Follow company guidelines to ensure all information shared is consistent and up to date.
- Maintain a calm and helpful demeanor during high call volumes or challenging situations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide clear and concise information.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand guest needs.
- Basic computer skills to navigate company website for any information needed.
- Prior call center or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a strong customer service focus.
