Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Veterinarian at Lazy 5 Veterinary Hospital in Salisbury, NC. The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing veterinary care, conducting examinations, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, performing surgeries, and offering preventative care services to ensure the health and well-being of pets. Flexible working schedules and 30 minute appointments enable vets to practice veterinary medicine in hospitable environment. We will nurture special interests, such as rehabilitation, integrative medicine with acupuncture and laser therapy, etc.

- Veterinary Medical Knowledge, Diagnostic Skills, and Surgical Proficiency (Surgical Rotation Optional)
- Experience in Conducting Examinations and Diagnosing Illnesses in Animals
- Prescription-Writing and Preventative Care Skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Work Well in a Team Environment
- State Veterinary License and DVM Degree
- Experience with Large Animal Service is a plus

Salary : $105,000 - $120,000
