Job Description
Overview
We are seeking friendly and customer-oriented couple to join our team as on-site park managers.
The primary responsibility of the park manager is to perform the daily operations of the RV park including but not limited to: booking reservations, answering phone calls, greeting guests, responding to guest inquiries in person and through email, providing information about the grounds and facilities, daily maintenance and cleaning, and enforcing the park rules and policies. This position must provide exceptional customer service to existing and incoming guests. The park manager is responsible for creating excellent and memorable positive experiences for guests.
Candidates should be able to work Monday-Friday, and on occasion be on call after hours and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations and reservations
- Daily grounds checks for clean and orderly conditions in long term tenant sites, and prior to guest arrival for short term sites
- Observe and enforce all park policies and rules
- Perform general maintenance tasks
- Effectively interact and communicate with team members and park ownership.
- Maintain park quality standards, including but not limited to picking up trash, maintaining roadways and paths ensuring they are clear of debris, keeping RV sites clean including raking, removing weeds and trash and reporting any damage to park ownership.
- Approach guest interactions with a sense of heartfelt care
- Promptly respond to guest inquires and strive for guaranteed guest satisfaction
- Maintain professional appearance
- Perform minor repairs
Qualifications
- Excellent professional and welcoming customer service skills
- Commitment to ensuring all park property and guest standards are met on a daily basis
- Ability to efficiently handle unpredictable park circumstances; such as power outages, water leaks, or weather related emergencies
- Experience working in an office or property management is highly desired
- Ability to perform basic computer and math skills
- Must have general knowledge of accounting principles
- Ability to effectively communicate, provide directions, and enforce park rules in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Must be available to work flexible schedule
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Ability to operate and maintain yard maintenance equipment
- Mechanical skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate small tractor
- Familiarity with driving a truck and pulling a trailer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
