We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packager to join our manufacturing team. If you cannot handle being around cannabis this job is not for you! If you do like working around cannabis , this job IS for you. As a Packager, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and packaging products according to CCD regulations and company standards. Responsibilities:
- Assemble and fabricate products according to specifications
- Package finished products for shipment or storage
- Operate hand tools and machinery as necessary
- Follow CCD regulations and maintain compliance with the state
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area
- Perform quality checks on finished products
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Industry knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic issues is a plus
- Proficient operating machinery tabletop machinery (preroll machines , cartridge filling guns, shredders)
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred
- Serve Safe is a plus ( is not required)
