What are the responsibilities and job description for the Building Maintenance Technician position at Lazy Q Ranch (Quanta Services Training Facility)?
Lazy Q Ranch is a world class training facility for energized Powerline, oil and gas pipeline, telecommunications, and Underground powerlines. Our campus consists of bunkhouse rooms, cabins, and training rooms. Job duties include assisting in electrical diagnosis and repair, air conditioning, plumbing and other essential facilities works and equipment maintenance or repairs. Experience in Sheetrock repair, painting, and minor building repairs preferred. Experience in HVAC and Electrical a PLUS! Assists with other tasks as needed.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
