Looking to be part of something fun and rewarding? Lazy River At Granville is looking for passionate individuals to help maintain our beautiful landscapes and ensure a fantastic experience for our guests. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, we have seasonal positions to fit your schedule – from March through November or just for the summer months!
No experience? No worries! We’ll provide all the training you need.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keep the grounds looking great with tasks like mowing, trimming, and watering lawns and landscaped areas.
- Help maintain hiking trails, nature paths, and other recreational areas, ensuring they’re safe and fun for everyone.
- Take care of common areas like restrooms, picnic spots, and recreational facilities, making sure everything’s clean and inviting.
- Conduct regular checks around the campground to spot and address any safety or maintenance issues.
- Assist guests by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding them to their campsites, making sure they have an amazing time.
- Pick up some new skills with light maintenance tasks like painting, basic carpentry, and equipment care.
- If you're up for it, you could even operate the zip line, low ropes course, and laser tag – keeping things safe while giving guests a thrilling experience!
What We’re Looking For:
- Team Player: You enjoy working with others to get things done.
- Mechanical Know-How: A basic understanding of small motors is helpful, but we’ll teach you what you need to know!
- Ready to Follow Directions: You can handle tasks and follow through on instructions.
- Organized: You keep things neat and stay on top of your responsibilities.
- Safety First: You’re aware of health and safety guidelines
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Granville, OH: Relocate before starting work (Required)
