- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning as required.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
Skills
