Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and contact internet generated sales leads.
- Communicate with customers through phone, text, email and chat.
- Use our highly productive CRM tools for effective and effecient prospect follow-up.
- Negotiate and close internet sales with buyers from all over the country.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent Phone, computer, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize.
- Ability to operate Windows environment and programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work standard business hours with potential weekend hours (weekend hours may vary).
- Accurate typing skills, 45 words per minute or more.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
