Professionally greet and maintain communication with walk-up and phone customers.- Research pricing and availability of in-store parts as needed
- Assist customers in locating products in store and answer questions as needed
- Perform cash register transactions
- Reconcile cash drawer at end of each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display order of products in the store.
- Restock in-store inventory as needed
- Verify orders and shipments.
- Receives, confirms and verifies all deliveries in Stock Room
- Responsible for sorting and inspecting all incoming shipments.
- Perform receiving computer functions
- Detail product receiving including checking delivered items against packing slip to ensure accuracy
- Maintain stock room
- Attend all company required meetings.
- Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
Qualifications:
- Previous RV/auto parts experience preferred.
Basic Accounting skills.
Ability to use telephone, calculator, fax machine & computer keyboard
Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
