What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher position at Lazydays Support Services LLC.?
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Review all Delivery and Service repair orders to identify jobs to be dispatched.
Dispatch all Delivery and Service RO’s to technicians ensuring each technician has a constant workload.
Maintain a schedule of open and pending RO’s with a planned start date and current status.
Consult with delivery and service advisors as necessary to ensure timely and thorough job completion.
Communicate expected job start dates to advisors.
Facilitate physical movement of coaches to and from service bays and internal sublet shops.
Monitor status of jobs in progress in each shop.
Attend all company required meetings.
Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Working knowledge of the Lazydays conventional delivery and service processes.
Understanding of the various types of jobs performed on RVs.
Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to forecast the needs of the shop recognizing relation of incoming work vs. pending work.
Forecast amount of pending work for the techs.
Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
5-7 years of experience in RV service or in a production control or dispatch capacity.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
