We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and proactive Content & Social Media Intern who is passionate about digital storytelling, video content creation, and personal branding. This role is perfect for an aspiring content creator or social media manager who wants hands-on experience building a personal brand from the ground up. You will play a critical role in creating, strategizing, and executing content across multiple platforms to elevate our digital presence.

This is an in-person role, requiring you to follow the CEO to networking events, meetings, and content shoots to document and create engaging content in real-time.

Who You Are:

• A natural storyteller with a passion for content creation and social media strategy.
• Someone who lives and breathes platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram Threads.
• A self-starter who doesn’t need constant direction but can take an idea and run with it.
• Comfortable filming, directing, and editing short-form and long-form video content.
• Familiar with CapCut and other video editing tools to create engaging, high-quality content.
• Punctual, adaptable, and proactive, able to anticipate business needs and take initiative.
• Eager to learn, research, and experiment with new social media trends, strategies, and content formats.
• Able to balance creativity with strategy, optimizing content for engagement and growth.

What You’ll Do:📌 Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Capture & create real-time content by attending events, networking functions, and business meetings alongside the CEO.
• Develop content strategies to build LazyLife Wellth Consulting’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads.
• Brainstorm and script video content that aligns with brand messaging and audience engagement.
• Use CapCut (and other tools) to edit engaging video content, including reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates to maximize content reach.
• Manage posting schedules, engagement, and community interactions to increase visibility and engagement.
• Research competitors and analyze content performance metrics to refine content strategies.

📌 Business Support & Operations Assistance

• Assist with email outreach, applications, and follow-ups for partnerships, events, and collaborations.
• Help organize content calendars, scripts, and brand messaging for marketing campaigns.
• Conduct research on trends, competitors, and social media opportunities to inform strategy.
• Occasionally manage scheduling, client communications, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Be flexible and adaptable—this is a small business, so tasks may shift based on business needs.

Requirements:

• 💪 Must be 19-24 years old and a resident of Cobb County, GA
• 🚗 Must have reliable personal transportation (own car) to ensure timely arrival at in-person meetings, events, and content shoots. Public transportation, shared vehicles, or relying on others for transportation is not permitted for this role.
• Current or aspiring videographer is preferred
• 👨‍🎨 Proficiency in CapCut (or willingness to learn quickly).
• 📲 Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Threads.
• 🔄 Experience (or strong interest) in content creation, video editing, and social media marketing.
• 🔧 Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take initiative.
• 🌟 Comfortable with networking, attending events, and capturing real-time content.
• 📝 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
