Description
LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking Custodial Managers to oversee contracts to provide operations, mechanical maintenance, and janitorial services of Mecklenburg County facilities. Position reports to the Facilities Manager. Candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
The ideal candidate must possess (5) years custodial management experience. Must have extensive floor care experience.
Primary functions include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Management of custodial staff performing cleaning services in large government buildings
- Ensure work specifications are followed and performed to the satisfaction of management while providing the highest level of custodial service to the client
- Perform daily inspections as required; perform administrative duties in completing all necessary forms and submissions
- Manage and monitor custodial supplies during shift
- Conduct weekly safety meetings and on-the-job training for team members.
- Perform custodial duties to augment workforce when required
Education : High School Diploma or G.E.D.
