Staff Accountant

Salary : $35000 $45000 per year FullTime
Are you a detailoriented and proactive accounting professional looking to make an impact We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our finance team! In this role you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Perform financial audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Manage payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.
Record journal entries and reconcile accounts to maintain precise financial records.
Assist in regulatory reporting and compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
Support corporate finance functions including budgeting and forecasting.
Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on best practices.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
Experience : Prior experience in financial accounting auditing or related fields (preferred).
Skills : Strong analytical mindset attention to detail and organizational skills.
Tech : Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration.
