Electro-Mechanical Field Inspector

LB Transportation Consulting is seeking to add two field technicians to our team. Must be located in the Wilmington, DE area. 100% travel required.

MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE A BOX TRUCK

The following is being sought:

• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience putting together wiring plans for low voltage systems
• 510 years field service technician related experience
• Understanding of DC electrical wiring, running of communication cables, mounting electronics. Ability to lift and move heavy loads, stand most of the day, climb, bend and stoop while working on equipment.
• Acceptance of exposure to the outside elements.
• Shift adaptability, which would include an on call rotation for evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional customer service skills are needed.
• Sense of urgency, organizational skills, professional presence and work in a team environment.
• Ability to pass MVR, background and drug test where required.
• Driver's License, clean driving record
• US work authorization
• Travel 100% of the time (main office in Wilmington, DE remote work locations can extend between Washington D.C. and Boston, MA)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60.00 - $61.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

Weekends as needed

High school or equivalent (Required)
