**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Lead Maintenance professional to oversee and perform maintenance work at our multi-family High-Rise Apartment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations and possess excellent leadership skills to manage a porter/additional maintenance workers. Looking for a Leader with high rise apartment experience, been through a value-add renovation program, detailed-oriented, self-motivated, team player, good at task management and delegation, and comfortable with using technology to monitor tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians in executing daily maintenance tasks
- Complete various work orders that come up when residents have requests/issues in their apartments
- Analyze equipment performance and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Conduct repairs using various tools including stick welding and precision measuring instruments
- Provide technical support to resolve equipment issues
- Maintain low voltage electrical systems
- Ensure timely completion of work orders through the online system
- Perform field service duties as required
- Coordinate repairs with vendors

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in maintenance operations
- Ability to lead a team and manage vendors
- Computer literacy, ability to organize projects and update spreadsheet trackers
- Proficiency in stick welding and precision measuring instruments

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical Certifications
