What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Service Manager position at LBA Hospitality?
The Courtyard Marriott Trussville is now hiring a Guest Service Manager to join our wonderful team! This is a full-time, leadership position responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk department and assisting the General Manager with the overall operation of the property. This position will require flexible availability due to the 24 / 7 nature of the hotel business and will require working some weekends and holidays. The rate of pay for this position starts at $21.00 per hour. Additional benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, etc.), 401k with employer match, paid time off and a quarterly bonus plan.
Responsible for : the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, to include but not limited to : personnel, budget performance and financial controls.
PRE REQUISITES
The Company associates have access to guestrooms and property, character traits of honesty and trustworthiness are essential to this position. Therefore, associates must pass the appropriate security clearance, per company policy.
- One year experience supervising (at least) three associates.
- Two years experience in service industry.
