Position Overview: The Entry Level Business Development Trainee will play a vital role in our outreach campaigns, engaging with potential customers and promoting our client’s communication services. This role requires a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct outreach initiatives to identify and engage potential customers in assigned markets.
- Build rapport with prospective customers to understand their needs and promote the services best suited for them
- Deliver clear and persuasive presentations about the benefits of our client’s wireless internet offerings.
- Answer questions and address concerns from potential customers in a professional manner.
- Assist interested customers with the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and service options to provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Track and report on outreach activities, customer interactions, and enrollment metrics.
- Identify potential barriers to enrollment and suggest solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, particularly in direct sales or customer service environments.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to adapt sales techniques to various customer personalities and situations.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and driving customer engagement.
