BOH Restaurant Staff

We are a fast-paced VERY high volume Oceanfront restaurant

Responsibilities

• To ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in food areas.
• Assist in training new staff members on restaurant protocols and service standards.
• Associates must arrive on time for their scheduled shift
• Must work weekends & any holiday that we are open.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is essential
• Strong listening & organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high volume environment
• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of seafood & steaks Foods a huge plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
