Pending MD Lic ok to sub, but lic MUST post prior to start.
Call expectations are primary during the week and back up call on average 2 times a week. Also, call would be at least one weekend per month primary call with occasional backup call (need 2 teams on call at all times) and approximately every 4th day during the week.
