CSR – Customer Service Representative Job Description
Responsibilities are to:
1. Provide TOTAL customer service and follow through to our customers.
2. Answer and distribute calls as received.
3. Data Entry of orders received thru phone calls, faxes and other sources.
4. Process credit card payments.
5. Complete the daily End of Day Report
6. Process returns.
7. Process Credit applications, Catalog Requests, EXPORT paperwork and other paperwork as needed.
8. Stand in for Receptionist as needed.
9. Complete daily billing.
10. Provide information as requested thru emails or other correspondence and file all memos pertaining to CSR procedures, in CSR manual.
11. Learn Leather Brothers product offerings and company expectations concerning customer service.
12. Train in shipping to be able to assist as needed.
13. Perform Customer call backs as needed.

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Day shift
