Penny Meadows, Head Start Director, is advertising to fill a position vacancy.
Position: Family Engagement Assistant/Center Assistant
Location: Crossville Head Start
Crossville, Tennessee

The salary is: $12.91 per hour, 8 hours per day
Job Qualifications:
Requirements:
1. Minimum proof of high school diploma or equivalent.
2. SSCBT certification (Required within eighteen months of hire)
3. Willingness to learn Agency Policies & Procedures and follow Head Start requirements.
4. Ability to pass physical examination prior to beginning work and every year thereafter.
5. Possess a valid Driver’s License.
6. Furnish own transportation to travel within designated service area.
7. Must complete satisfactory criminal background check prior to hire and as required thereafter.
8. Drug testing as required.
9. Resume submitted with job application.
Preferred:
1. AA or BA/BS Degree in Human Services, Sociology or a related field.
2. Two years of social service experience.
3. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
