Our professional services client is seeking a Temp-to-Perm HRIS and Payroll Specialist. This position is located in Nashville with a hybrid working arrangement. Candidates should live in the Nashville area. Not open to relocation candidates at this time.
Duties include oversight of outsourced payroll, leave tracking, employee records, and management of compliance activities as well as maintaining and managing HR information system to ensure data accuracy.
Education & Experience Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources minimum, 4 years preferred
- Experience with payroll processing required, ADP preferred
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
