Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory support to healthcare clients seeking guidance on operational improvement, revenue optimization, industry benchmarking, and more.
- Support coding and compliance reviews through robust analytics, ensuring regulatory adherence and revenue optimization.
- Conduct comprehensive buy and sell-side healthcare due diligence, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Engage in provider compensation modeling reviews, redesigns, and implementation engagements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare client deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs, and adherence to project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Accounting, Finance).
- Proficiency in building robust Excel models and Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and processes, including but not limited to, data ingestion, modeling, and data analytic/visualization components.
- Familiarity of physician compensation methodologies, healthcare due diligence processes, and medical coding principles (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders and presenting findings to executive audiences.
