Remote Cannabis Sales Rep / Commission-Only (Potential to Transition to Employee Status)
Territory: Redding, Sacramento, and Modesto
Must have an existing or active book of sales in Northern California
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team! This is a commission-based role with a negotiable base salary ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 depending on experience, plus commission. There is also significant earning potential, with the possibility to earn $250,000 annually, primarily through commission.
The territory for this position includes Redding, Sacramento, and Modesto, and we are seeking someone with prior sales experience in the cannabis industry who already has an existing book of accounts in Northern California. This is a remote, outside sales representative position. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with cannabis store buyers and managing monthly accounts, including cannabis orders. You will attend sales meetings remotely and maintain regular communication with the VP of Sales and the sales team. Occasionally, you may be required to attend company events or in-person training sessions at the Sacramento office.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Deliver effective sales presentations and product demos.
- Use Softwares and ClickUp
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Attend store events, visit stores in person, drop off promotional items, and provide brand displays to support the stores.
Qualifications:
- Existing book of cannabis retail accounts in Redding, Sacramento, and Modesto.
- Proven track record of sales success in the cannabis industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for cannabis and the industry.
Job Type:

Compensation:
