We provide services to a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing:

  • PTSD and trauma-related conditions
  • Neurodivergence (e.g., ADHD, Autism Spectrum)
  • Substance use and co-occurring disorders
  • Depression and anxiety disorders
  • Anger management challenges
  • Eating disorders and body image issues
  • Relationship and family conflict
  • Life transitions and stress management

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients in an outpatient setting
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Utilize evidence-based and integrative therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (psychiatrists, case managers, peer supports)
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and state standards
  • Participate in regular supervision, case consultations, and ongoing professional development
  • Support clients in addressing trauma, developing coping strategies, and fostering emotional regulation
  • Uphold ethical standards, cultural competency, and client confidentiality at all times

Therapeutic Modalities Utilized

We embrace a multi-modal, integrative approach. Preferred candidates will have experience or willingness to train in:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Somatic Experiencing
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Attachment-Based Therapy
  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
  • Psychoeducation grounded in neuroscience

Qualification education:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
  • Preferred: IDAHO Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD)

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience working with trauma, addiction, and dual-diagnosis populations
  • Strong grounding in family systems and/or couples work is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated understanding of neurodivergent populations
  • Skilled in culturally sensitive and inclusive practices
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to feedback, growth, and clinical supervision
