Job Description:
As a Post-Harvest Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring the proper harvest, trimming, drying, and curing of cannabis plants. Your attention to detail and precision will contribute to the overall quality and potency of our products.
Responsibilities include:
-Assisting the cultivation team with harvesting procedures
-Trimming cannabis plants with precision, removing unwanted leaves, stems, and buds
according to established standards.
-Ensuring consistent quality and appearance of trimmed products through careful attention to
detail.
-Properly drying and curing cannabis flowers to preserve potency and flavor.
-Following all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and compliant work
environment.
-Collaborating with the cultivation team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processing of
harvested cannabis.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in cannabis trimming or post-harvest processing is preferred but not
required. Training will be provided.
-Ability to work with precision and maintain consistent quality standards.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
