Auto Body Estimator
A Missoula auto body shop is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join their team. If you have experience working with customers and claims management, this is an excellent role to advance your career in automotive.
Summary :
The Estimator is responsible for generating the gross sales of the business. Applicants must demonstrate critical thinking skills, exceptional customer service, exceptional communication, attention to detail, and negotiating skills. Knowledge of estimating and claims management or a willingness to learn these processes. No formal damage analysis experience required.
Essential Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service
Educate customers about the claim and repair process
Analyze collision damage
Compile electronic repair plan
Audit repair needs to ensure compliance with OEM guidelines
Negotiate insurance policy guidelines and repair costs with Insurers
Obtain repair authorization as needed
Inspect completed vehicles Why you want this position :

8-hour shifts with the opportunity to work four 10’s (7 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m.)
