- Flexibility needed to work at multiple Kalispell locations

- Process deposits, withdrawals, cashed checks, and loan payments/ inquiries
- Assist customers with account closures, money orders, cashier checks, and wire transfers
- Handle stop payment requests, safe deposit box access, and rent payments
- Process bank by mail, night deposits, change orders, and credit card advances
- Manage cash transactions accurately, balance cash drawer, and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely processing of work and batch submissions with minimal errors
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain knowledge of bank products and compliance regulations
- Support lobby reception duties, review data input, and complete annual compliance and training requirements
- Cash handling experience required
- Previous teller or banking experience preferred
- Must be bondable and always maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of and ability to use personal computer and 10-key
- Flexible and willing to work in various areas of the retail operation , i.e., the teller line, reception and new accounts
