- Operate various types of delivery trucks and vehicles safely and efficiently
- Operate and service other types of equipment – such as boom trucks
- Have a basic understanding of propane service work and safely and efficiently perform Leak Tests
- Repackage bulk lubricants into drums and pails
- Complete customer sales orders accurately and legibly to assure customer satisfaction
- Accurately load and unload customer product for quality control and product integrity
- Maintain high company image standards for self and vehicle. Trucks must be kept clean and neat both inside and outside
- Accurately complete driver logs, pre and post trip forms, invoices and other paperwork
- Current CDL with hazardous material, tanker, and airbrake endorsements or the ability to obtain and current medical driver certification card
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and motor vehicle records check
- Willing to work long hours to meet customer needs
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages and volume
- Willing to be on-call on a rotating schedule once fully trained
- Knowledge in the fuel and oil industry highly preferred
