About the Job:
The Construction Site Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction project sites. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and organize the site on a daily basis, ensuring that it remains safe and secure.
Remove excess construction materials, trash, and debris from the site.
Organize construction materials to maintain a clean environment.
Assist with site demolition and other tradesman tasks as needed.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees within the team.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability preferred.
Ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in open construction sites.
Ability to climb, crawl, balance, bend, and push.
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
