Essential Functions:
- Setting up and cleaning up for concrete pours.
- Shoveling concrete and vibrating it to ensure quality.
- Placing and finishing site concrete.
- Experienced spotters/flaggers assisting operators.
- Formwork expertise, especially with Symons Forming Systems.
Qualifications:
- Flexibility in working overtime and Saturdays as needed.
- Climbing permanent and temporary stairs and ladders.
- Dexterity in using hands for various tasks.
- Lifting and moving up to 50 pounds regularly.
