The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping construction project sites clean and organized, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Sweep, dust, vacuum, and scrub various surfaces from early stages of construction through final cleaning of completed projects.
- Remove excess construction materials, trash, and debris from the construction site.
- Organize construction material to maintain a clean environment.
- Use hand and power tools to assist with site demolition and other tradesmen.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and evidence of insurability are preferred, as some travel may be required to remote job sites.
- The ability to work independently is essential.
- Awareness of surroundings and comfort working in open construction sites is necessary.
- The candidate should be able to climb, crawl, balance, bend, and push.
- Able to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods of time (up to 12-hour shifts).
- Lift up to 50 pounds safely.
