Job Description:
The Construction Site Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our construction project sites. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the site is clean and organized at all times, including sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and scrubbing surfaces.
Remove excess construction materials, trash, and debris from the site.
Organize construction materials to maintain a clean environment.
Use hand and power tools to assist with site demolition and other tradesman tasks.
Maintain a positive working relationship with employees within the team.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability preferred.
Ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in open construction sites.
Ability to climb, crawl, balance, bend, and push.
Ability to walk, stand, or sit for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts).
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
