The position will work with internal personnel, customers, both current and prospect, and vendors, such as title companies, insurance companies and government entities. - Prepare and manage loan documentation, including credit reports, collateral documents, and financial statements
- Perform basic underwriting functions and submit loans for secondary market approval
- Coordinate loan closings and handle post-closing tasks, such as document verification and recordings
- Follow up with borrowers for underwriting items, manage loans coming due, and handle modifications/extensions
- Provide clerical support to lending staff, manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulatory compliance
- Prior banking experience in Real Estate and Commercial Loan support or processing preferred
- Three years of administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency with computers, writing and editing
- Must be bondable
