A family-owned radiant systems business is seeking a licensed Plumber to add to their team. The Plumber position will specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of radiant heating systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing and hydronic heating systems, an understanding of building codes, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Pay : $30 / hour, depending on experience
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday through Friday
Essential Functions and Duties :
Install radiant heating systems, including piping, manifolds, and boilers
Conduct repairs and routine maintenance on existing radiant heating systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system designs to execute customized radiant heating solutions
Collaborate with designers and clients to determine optimal system configurations
Perform pressure and functionality tests to identify leaks or inefficiencies
Diagnose and resolve issues in heating system performance, including plumbing-related concerns
Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and repairs
Provide exceptional service, explaining system functionality and maintenance tips to clients and respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications :
Valid plumbing license or certification
Experience as a plumber, with an understanding of radiant or hydronic heating systems
Understanding of plumbing tools, techniques, and materials
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including crawl spaces and outdoors
