Machine Operator Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Perform pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation.
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
• Train new or junior machine operators and provide guidance as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
