Job Description
We are seeking a skilled concrete laborer to join our team. This role involves preparing construction sites, pouring and finishing concrete, all while ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Site Preparation: Helping set up and clean up for concrete pours, shoveling concrete & vibrating concrete, place and finish of site concrete.
- Experience: Spotting for operators – spotters/flaggers, formwork of footings, walls, columns, experience w/symons forming systems.
Qualifications:
- Overtime and Flexibility: Ability to work overtime and Saturdays on an as-needed basis.
Ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs and ladders, use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, sit, talk and hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as required.
