Temporary Assignment
A reputable CPA firm in Missoula is seeking a reliable and organized Back Office Temporary Employee. Whether it’s tax preparation or payroll, bookkeeping or business entity establishment, they advise on the complexities that life can bring.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing back office activities, including mailing tax returns, filing, and performing other administrative support tasks.
Pay : $20 / hour, depending on experience
Schedule : Now through April – Monday through Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m.
Essential Functions and Duties :
Mail tax returns and other documents to clients
Maintain organized filing systems for client records and office documents
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Assist with other duties as assigned by the office manager or senior staff
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in office or administrative role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Professional demeanor and appearance
