What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Firm is Seeking a Project Coordinator / Job Captain / Project Manager position at LCA ARCHITECTURE INC?
*Architectural degree is required.
*License is not required, but the ability to become licensed may open ownership opportunities.
*Must have substantial experience in running and managing architectural projects.
*Substantial experience specific to at least (1) Medical or Residential type project is required.
*Experience dealing with consultants and understanding building engineering systems are required.
Duties include:
*Support Design Architect in schematic and design development stages
*Producing and managing the construction document phase
*Coordinating details with clients
*Coordinating and managing consultants
*Building Code, zoning ad product research
*Construction site visits and responses to jurisdiction comments and RFI's
*Final duties (upon successful training and abilities) would add managing clients, and comprehensive design tasks.
*Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
