Architecture and Interior Design firm is looking to fill a position for ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT COORDINATOR / JOB CAPTAIN / PROJECT MANAGER. Only local candidates will be considered. Possible opportunity for future partnership if the right candidate is chosen.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Support Design Architect in schematic and design development stages
- Produce and / or manage the construction document phase
- Coordinate details with clients
- Coordinate and / or manage consultants
- Building code, zoning and product research
- Construction site visits and responses to jurisdiction comments and RFI's
