Overview:
LCB Senior Living, LLC, a prominent senior housing operator and developer, is seeking a dedicated Wellness Nurse to join our team. As a Wellness Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents in accordance with the highest standards of quality and service.
Duties:
- Administer patient care following established protocols and guidelines
- Utilize expertise in neonatal ventilator care and medication administration
- Implement health coaching strategies to promote overall well-being
- Conduct phlebotomies as needed
- Collaborate with internal medicine specialists for comprehensive resident care
- Assist in pain management for residents as required
- Provide inhalation therapy when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience in patient care, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with workers compensation law and regulations
- Certification in medication administration and phlebotomy
- Proficiency in internal medicine practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Travel nursing experience is a plus
