Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to residents and guests, addressing their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure seamless service and menu presentation, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Set tables according to standards, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Serve beverages and menu items promptly, utilizing knowledge of our offerings.
- Review daily menu with residents, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Take and deliver accurate meal orders to residents and guests in a timely manner, demonstrating efficiency.
- Remove used or soiled plates, utensils, glasses, linen from the dining room as needed, maintaining a tidy environment.
- Assist with preparation and execution of dining enhancement programs, contributing to a sense of community.
- Adhere to Quality Enhancement standards and standard food safety practices, prioritizing resident health and well-being.

- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Physical Demands:
- Finger and hand dexterity to handle instruments and equipment.
- Visual and auditory acuity.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and carry objects, requiring physical stamina.
- Continuous walking, sitting, and standing throughout the shift.
- Must be able to turn, crouch, kneel, stoop, bend below waist, and reach above shoulder height, demonstrating flexibility.
- Use good body mechanics to maintain a safe working environment.
