LCBC Church is a dynamic and mission-driven organization seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our Digital team. As a Product Designer at LCBC, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and effective design solutions for our digital channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving community engagement through the design of informative and inspiring digital campaigns spanning across all of LCBC's digital channels. This includes developing and championing digital design standards based on goals outlined by the Digital Director, designing digital graphics for various on-screen display mediums, and developing flexible, intuitive CMS templates that can be utilized by non-technical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging digital experiences for LCBC's digital channels, including websites, micro-sites, mobile apps, email campaigns, and TV apps.
- Develop and champion digital design standards to ensure consistency across all digital channels.
- Create digital graphics for various on-screen display mediums, including desktop, mobile devices, and OTT TV apps.
- Design and develop flexible, intuitive CMS templates that can be utilized by non-technical staff.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent online content presentation, layout, and information design skills. You should also be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and other design tools, as well as HTML and CSS. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of mobile design and responsive design methods and best practices.
