What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manheim kidMinistry Coordinator position at LCBC Church?
Reports to: Manheim kidMinistry Director
Direct Consultant: Central Director of kidMinistry
Hours Commitment: Full-time (40-45 hours/week) with regular weekend responsibilities.
The kidMinistry Coordinator exists to lead and support kidMinistry in a way where Life Change happens, One Kid at a Time. The heartbeat of the role involves inviting others to serve by vision casting how lives can be changed while keeping Jesus at the center of all you do.
The kidMinistry team exists to increase the effectiveness in introducing more and more kids and families to Jesus and helping them to become fully devoted followers.

- Empowering and releasing kidMinistry leaders, delegating to others to be the church to kids and families.
- Support your LCBC Manheim Team in the development of the local church community.
- Owning and executing all kidMinistry programs, operational systems, processes and guidelines at LCBC Manheim.
- Confident and capable in leading, developing and resourcing leaders.
- Organizational management skills and ability to lead with excellence.
