Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our organization in developing and managing programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. Duties
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Manage daily operations, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and service providers to enhance program visibility and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies related to behavioral health services.
- Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on feedback and outcomes.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in service delivery and relationship management.
Experience
- Proven experience in social work or a related field with a focus on program management or development.
- Must be Licensed
- Strong understanding of CBHI services
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively while ensuring program quality.
- Exceptional supervisory skills with a track record of building cohesive teams.
- Excellent relationship management abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
