We have an exciting opportunity to bring on board Clinic Team Leads for Orange County. This highly skilled individual will be responsible for managing the operations and processes of a medical clinic; while ensuring staff members are delivering on our mission statement to anyone seeking services from the clinics.
This position is for someone available to work during any office hours shifts.
Job Type: Full Time (Available any office hours, including weekends)
Essential Position Functions and Duties:
Directly manages the day-to-day operations of an outpatient medical clinic, working collaboratively with the Director of Operations and other members of the Management Team to maximize utilization of available resources.
Ensures the delivery of high quality customer service.
Ensures the delivery of high quality healthcare services. Provides feedback regarding QI issues/problems. Implements corrective measures as required.
Leads the implementation of process improvement projects and innovative initiatives that enhance the patient’s experience.
Responsible for the efficiency of the patient flow.
Ensures compliance with all contract operating guidelines, managed care administrative regulations, Title 22 and Health Facilities Regulations.
Responsible for maintaining staffing patterns that complement and enhance the clinic operating systems. Responsible for the recruitment, orientation and training of new staff. Implements required training and in-services for support and ancillary staff.
Keep track of patient’s waiting time.
Confirm clinic is operating efficiently starting at the front desk, also confirm routing and other daily functions are completed properly
Promote positive attitude and setting examples.
Perform other responsibilities as may be called on by the Manager
Able to perform back and front MA duties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of clinic management experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in clinic operations and patient flow.
Knowledge of managed care systems.
Ability to develop and implement protocols and procedures.
Ability to type minimum 45 wpm.
Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
Ability to work under pressure without extensive supervision
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
Bilingual English - Spanish required
Honest and trustworthy
Detail Oriented and fast learner
Must be able to travel to all Orange County locations
Able to work most weekends and some evenings.
Must be available to work during any office hours shifts.
