Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for advancing product strategies, leading the creation of roadmaps, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments to bring groundbreaking products to market. Your work will directly influence product development from conception through to execution, delivering value both for the company and our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Voice of Customer: Lead customer interactions, including visits and research, to gather valuable insights on market trends and customer needs. You’ll leverage this data to create clear business requirements and specifications for upcoming product releases.
Product Lifecycle Management: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from initial strategy and planning through product launches and post-launch optimization, ensuring the product continues to meet customer expectations and achieves business goals.
Product Interaction Mapping: Develop clear, visual diagrams to map out product dependencies, maximizing both customer experience and internal business efficiency.
Internal Alignment: Champion product initiatives by presenting detailed product gate documents to senior leadership, securing necessary approvals and driving alignment across departments.
Market Positioning & Strategy: Provide insights into competitive market trends and pricing strategies. Work on conducting in-depth feature and benefit analyses to craft strong, market-facing product positioning.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to ensure product success, boost market share, and quickly address evolving customer demands.
Work Environment:
- Enjoy a hybrid work model combining flexibility with remote work and regular onsite collaboration at our headquarters.
- Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (required)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management or a combination of relevant experience and education
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical environment preferred
